We need to raise more money to ensure this charity drives forward even more research to find treatments that will make this devastating cancer a curable disease.
The role of Head of Fundraising presents an exciting opportunity to be part of our ambitious growth plans. We need a fundraising manager with a proven track record across a diverse array of income streams. We are looking for someone who is ready for a challenge and can lead us to a step-change in our fundraising income. We want someone who really wants to make their professional mark with this amazing cause.
The heart and soul of our charity are those individuals and families affected by primary bone cancer. It is the personal connection to bone cancer that is the reason most people choose to fundraise for Team Bones, meaning you’ll be working with a group of supporters who are incredibly passionate about the charity. We need a dedicated, experienced, skilled and proactive Head of Fundraising to lead a team that can truly harness this passion by providing excellent donor care and inspiring, effective fundraising opportunities. We want to bring the Bone Cancer Research Trust to very forefront of best fundraising practice and lift our net income to a whole new level.

National Biobanking FacilitatorResponsible to: Research Development Manager
Hours: Full-time - 37 hours per week
Salary: c. £30,000
Contract: fixed-term contract for two years initially with possible extension
Location: Home-based with one day per week in Leeds. Must be able to travel throughout the UK.
