Information Officer

This new role is key in helping us deliver ambitious plans to grow our services.

We aim to be the authoritative voice on primary bone cancer in the UK and Ireland, and meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders (especially patients and their families) by developing accurate, user-friendly information in a variety of formats and media. Our new colleague must have a proven ability to understand the needs of our audiences, and must be able to interpret complex medical information for lay audiences.

You’ll help us forge relationships with sarcoma services and relevant healthcare professionals, and you’ll have a sensitive approach when dealing directly with patients and families.

We are proud holders of the Department of Health’s Information Standard quality mark, and you’ll be central in ensuring we continue to do so.
