We are delighted to be involved in the 2019 Tenfoot Challenge Weekend and we're offering FREE ENTRY* to the first 10 applicants. Simply follow the 'Join #TeamBones' link and complete an application form to secure your place. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis, so don't hang about!
- If you are a strong open water swimmer then grab your wet-suit and tackle the 5km Tenfoot endurance swim from Tenby to Saundersfoot.
- If you enjoy open water swimming, but are also a land-lover then you can take on the 10km Tenfoot Swim/Run.
- For everyone else in the family there is the Footstep Run. With a 1/2 mile children's run and distance of 1, 3 and 5 miles for anyone aged 14+, there is something for everyone!
This is an annual charity fundraiser hosted by the communities of Saundersfoot and Tenby. The organisers have kindly chosen the Daniel Bridle Memorial Fund, a Special Fund of the Bone Cancer Research Trust, as one of the charity beneficiaries for the 2019 event. 100% of proceeds will go to charity - with the overall total being split between the chosen charity partners.
*Free entry will be provided to the first 10 applicants to sign up. These places are provided for free on the premise that the applicant sets up a fundraising page and actively fundraises for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
There is no set fundraising target for this event, but we ask that you consider using your place to raise additional funds and support our life-saving work. We recommend setting up a JustGiving page which you can do here.
The money donated to these fundraising pages will come directly to BCRT and will be used to fund our vital research and move closer to a cure for primary bone cancer.
