Introducing the inaugural Bone Cancer Ball
Join us on Saturday 22nd July 2017 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole from 7pm for an evening of spectacular entertainment! Our inaugural ball will take place in the evening following the 2017 Bone Cancer Conference, making it a wonderful weekend to remember.
Upon arrival in the Kings Suite foyer you'll be greeted with a sparkling reception where you will cast your eyes over a host of luxury prizes to be won throughout the evening. Moving through into the grand Kings Suite, you and your table will be treated to a lavish 3 course evening meal of seasonal food complemented by fine wine or for the non alcoholic drinkers, juice and tea & coffee will also be available. You will enjoy an array of spectacular live entertainment including magic at your table, performances from award winning singer Dani Sylvia and the exceptional 10 piece soul band Back 2 Miami, plus much more!
Throughout the evening you will hear about the outstanding achievements of our supporters and join us in celebrating the huge difference we are making to those affected by this rare but devastating disease.
This black tie evening filled with entertainment, money-can't-buy prizes, celebration and dancing is certain to be a night to remember.

Package includes; 10 individual tickets, wine on your table, 3 bottles of Prosecco, premium table position with view of the stage. If you are a business, you will also receive a half page advert in our Charity Ball Programme, your company logo included on Bone Cancer Ball emails, a post on Bone Cancer Research Trust social media channels promoting your sponsorship and company logo displayed on a large screen throughout the evening.

If you are interested in becoming the lead sponsor of the Bone Cancer Ball or are interested in sponsoring any aspect of the evening, please contact us. Alternatively you can opt to take an advert in our charity ball programme that is given to all guests on the evening, options available: Half Page - £200 or Full Page - £300. For companies who are unable to commit to sponsorship, we would greatly appreciate any donation for our prizes on the night.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole offers ample parking on site and is available at a discounted rate of £6 (for 24 hours) for those who are attending our conference in the day. A discount card will be given to you at the conference which will reduce your parking charge to £6 at the payment machine.
The hotel is located just off the junction of the M42 and A45 (Coventry Road). From the junction roundabout take the exit for Pendigo Way (sign posted NEC) then at the second roundabout turn left onto Harbet Drive and into the Hilton car park.
From Birmingham New Street Station, take the train to Birmingham International Station (10-15 mins). At Birmingham International Station, use the courtesy telephone (adjacent to Subway) to request a free shuttle bus transfer to the hotel. The journey from Birmingham International Station to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel takes approximately 5 minutes. The free 24-hour service runs every 30 minutes.
You can fly into Birmingham International Airport from over 180 countries across Europe and America. From the airport take the free mono rail to Birmingham International rail station and follow the instructions given above,
