The Royal Armouries Museum is located at Leeds Dock, just a short distance from Leeds City Centre.

By Car

The full venue address is: The Royal Armouries Museum, Armouries Drive, Leeds LS10 1LT. The museum is well signposted on all major routes as you approach Leeds. Follow the brown tourism signs for Royal Armouries with the ‘horned helmet’ logo.

Drop-off point

The drop-off point is close to the disabled parking spaces, 100m from the Museum entrance across Armouries Square, an open, level, paved area. Access to the museum entrance from the disabled parking spaces is step-free.

Parking

There is a 24hr fully-manned 1600 bay car park, with CCTV and security patrols, managed by CitiPark, located 100m from the museum entrance at Leeds Dock. More information on fees and facilities can be found on the CitiPark website.

Parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available on the ground floor of the nearby multi-storey car park. These are chargeable.

By Train

The Royal Armouries Museum is within walking distance of Leeds Central Train Station (New Station St, Leeds LS1 4DY, UK). You can get to the Royal Armouries on foot (10-15 min walk - follow the brown tourist signs), by taxi (rank at the front of the station) or bus (regular services from stop Z3 on Neville St).
