Battle Cancer is the biggest fitness fundraising challenge designed to test your strength, sweat and speed while representing the Bone Cancer Research Trust. Do you have what it takes to take on the high-energy of Battle Cancer?
The standard, Battle Cancer Challenge - Challenge Division, is challenging but teams can go at their own speed and modify movements where needed.
For experienced teams, Battle Cancer Compete Division - has added obstacles to make the battle tougher. This is for competitive teams looking for a test, movements cannot be modified. Every team has the option to bring a coach onto the floor, they can help with rep counting and score tracking, to keep you on top of your challenge.
- 90 minute challenge - bike, row, run, lift
- Teams of four
- 9 strength and fitness stations - push for max reps in 5 minutes
