The Peak District Challenge starts and finishes at the basecamp hub in Bakewell. The Full 100km route takes a northern loop of the surrounding area - known for it's outstanding natural beauty before returning back to basecamp, marking the end of the challenge for some. Those on the Full 100km and 2nd Half will then head out on a southern looped route exploring more of this wonderful area. Action Challenge have camping all weekend for you and your supporters - it will be a weekend to remember!

Whether you're a walker and new to endurance events, or a marathon runner looking to 'up' the distance - you'll get the best support and hospitality. The Full 100km, with 1,800 metres of climb, can be done as a continuous Challenge - or as a 'Daylight 2 Day' option with camping or B&B at halfway.

With Half and Quarter distance options available - there's a Challenge here for everyone!

If you have secured your on place in the event we would love for you to join our team! You will receive the same support as a charity place participant and there is no fundraising target, we simply ask that you raise as much as you can. Entry fee options explained

Option 1 - Charity fundraising:

Pay a low registration fee and meet our minimum sponsorship requirements (see options on the right-hand side of this page).

Option 2 - Mixed funding:

A lower fundraising target - and you pay half the event place cost.

Option 3 - Self funding:

You pay the full cost of the entry fee. There is no target associated with this option but we ask that you raise as much as you can for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
