Join 2500 walkers and trek 25 km across the Capital with unrivalled views of the skyline & landmarks – and you can fundraise for your favourite charity! From a Putney Bridge start it’s East towards the City, zigzagging over 16 historic bridges, each with a fascinating story – and a mid-point rest stop at The Oval Cricket Ground for snacks & drinks. 25 km later, beyond the majestic Tower Bridge, it’s a party style finish line celebration & afternoon picnic in Southwark Park.
Sign up as an individual or as a team; you’ll get full support all the way, plenty of food & drink, a special medal, T shirt and celebration finish. With a 10 km option also available - there’s a fabulous Thames Walk for you!

Why join #TeamBones
- £5 could allow us to provide a child undergoing life-altering surgery with an interactive story book to help them understand their treatment and recovery
- £40 funds an hour of essential laboratory time for our researchers investigating new treatments for primary bone cancer
- £100 allows us to put on one of our virtual Support Groups allowing those affected to come together to discuss topics that are important to them and their family
Entry fee options explained
Option 1 - Full Sponsorship Charity
Pay a small Reg Fee & Fundraise for the Bone Cancer Research Trust (we pay for your place.) As the Bone Cancer Research Trust are an official partner on this event, you get a 25% discount on the ‘Full Sponsorship’ registration fee when signing up to support us.
Option 2 - Mixed funding for Charity
Pay for half your place cost & fundraise less for the Bone Cancer Research Trust (we pay half of your place cost.)
Option 3 - Self funding
Pay for your own place & fundraise whatever you can for the Bone Cancer Research Trust (small admin fee to charity.) There is no target associated with this option but we ask that you raise as much as you can for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
