We’re thrilled to announce Prodrive have chosen Freddie’s Future, a special fund of the Bone Cancer Research Trust, as one of their charities of the year in 2022.
In November 2019, Freddie was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma at just 6 years old and in 2020, Freddie’s family set up Freddie’s Future. A member of staff who works at Prodrive kindly nominated Freddie’s Future as one of their next charities to support after hearing about Freddie's story. Following a staff vote Freddie’s Future was chosen as one of three charities to support during 2022.
Prodrive, based in Banbury, is one of the world’s largest and most successful motorsport and technology businesses. This weekend they will be opening their doors for their first fundraiser of the year – their Charity Open Day! Visitors will have the opportunity to speak to experts, take part in fun activities for children and grab some tasty food from the delicious food stalls on site. All profits from the day will be split between their chosen charities.
